Suzy Destarac is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with extensive experience in health coaching, nutrition, and personal development. Since founding Shine Health Collective in January 2017, Suzy has focused on providing knowledge-rich coaching and practical nutrition plans. Suzy also serves as a BetterUp Certified Coach and works with Catalyst Coaching 360 as a faculty and mentor coach, specializing in motivational interviewing and positive psychology techniques. Additional roles include instructing interactive health fair sessions at FitPros and partnerships with Juice Plus+ and Tower Garden to promote health and nutrition. Suzy's foundational experience in biomedical research at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus complemented a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and further education at The University of Manchester.
