Eldrich Serrano

Eldrich Serrano, PE, is an experienced project manager and engineering professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various industries, primarily focusing on pharmaceuticals and maritime services. Currently serving as a Project Manager at FITS, LLC since 2017, Eldrich is responsible for planning and monitoring capital projects. Previous roles include Engineering Department Director at PuraCap Pharmaceutical, where engineering activities were planned and managed in compliance with FDA regulations, and Maintenance Manager at Crowley Maritime, overseeing maintenance of port facilities. Eldrich's extensive experience also encompasses project management positions at Pfizer and Blu Caribe Inc, as well as leadership roles in engineering at BIOVAIL Laboratories and Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
