Michael J. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fitscovery, an online marketplace platform for fitness. In this role, they launched the platform and empowered fitness vendors with online tools while helping consumers find suitable exercise programs.

Michael was also recognized as a 2021 Global Top 10 Startup through the K-Startup Grand Challenge, where the Korean government provided grants and support for foreign companies. During their time at Fitscovery, Michael J. contributed to transforming Korea's economy through innovation and growth.

Previously, Michael J. worked at Scale AI as a Growth Consultant and Operations Manager for Southeast Asia. Initially contracted for 6 months to expand a Silicon Valley unicorn's data annotation operations, they eventually led global bootcamp operations and successfully grew the operations management team for the Philippines.

Before that, Michael J. worked at Google in various roles. Michael served as an Insights Manager, leading the analysis process for partnership deals and uncovering insights about online behavior and user engagements. Michael was also an Industry Analyst in Japan, selected by senior leadership for a transfer. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Analyst, building valuation models for assessing the financial viability of enterprise apps, and as part of the Google Start Program, gaining exposure across multiple functions and developing automated dashboards.
