Stuart Cook

Stuart Cook is an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor, currently serving as the Founding Partner of TWIYO, a venture that invests in businesses focused on health, sustainable food solutions, and environmental technology. Previously, they were the CEO of Zambrero, an international Mexican quick-service restaurant chain known for its humanitarian initiatives, before exiting in 2015. Stuart also co-founded and served as Co-CEO of Flave, a plant-based food concept, and has held various leadership roles, including Chairman of OzHarvest Ventures and Chairman of AirSeed Technologies. With a commitment to creating a positive impact, they actively work with start-ups and established organizations in the sustainable sector.
