Federica Cogo is a seasoned financial and business controller with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving at Fitt S.p.A since November 2019, Federica focuses on financial oversight within the Building Division. Prior to this role, Federica held positions at Weber-Stephen Products LLC from May 2017 to October 2019, managing financial and business control for the Italian and Iberian branches, with responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience at DAINESE S.p.A from March 2008 to April 2017 included roles ranging from business controller for the Helmets Business Unit to project controller overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics of International Commerce from Università degli Studi di Verona and further training in finance from IFAF - Scuola di Finanza and CUOA Business School.
