Pamela Gonzato is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at FITT Group since September 2019. Previously, Pamela held roles at BFT SpA - Somfy Group from April 2013 to August 2019, including HR Generalist and HR Trainee, where responsibilities involved supporting the annual employee evaluation process. Early career experience includes an HR internship at Studio Pavan Ricerca e Selezione del personale from December 2011 to November 2012, focusing on professional training for psychology registration, candidate recruitment, and administrative tasks. Educational qualifications encompass a Leadership Training degree from CIMBA, a Master in People Management from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, a laurea magistrale in Psychologia sociale, del lavoro e della comunicazione, and a laurea triennale in Scienze psicologiche, cognitive e psicobiologiche from Università degli Studi di Padova, as well as a linguistic diploma from Liceo Linguistico "GB Brocchi."
