Sara Trentin has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the HR Director and Chief Development and Talent Officer at FITT Group since October 2018. Prior to this, Sara held several key positions at Socomec Group from May 2000 to September 2018, including Chief HR Officer for Corporate Commercial Operations and HR Manager. Earlier in Sara's career, a role as Training Courses Coordinator was undertaken at Fondazione Cuoa Centro Universitario di Organizzazione from January 1998 to May 2000. Educational qualifications include a degree in Scienze dell'Educazione with a focus on Psychology and Pedagogy from Università degli Studi di Padova, complemented by certifications from Insights Discovery and CIMBA.
