Teng Xiao

Teng Xiao is the founder of Puzzle Caipital, a venture fund focused on strategic partnerships with early-stage startups, leveraging resources for improvement in organizational efficiency and leadership development. Teng serves as a TA advisor for Neolix and Fiture, as well as for NIO since August 2015. Previously, Teng was a partner and head of research at CAIPITAL GROUP, where efforts were directed toward establishing long-term relationships with venture capital and private equity firms, as well as high-potential startups. Career history includes roles such as researcher at Career International, business representative at China National Electric Import & Export Corporation, and wireline field engineer at Schlumberger. Teng holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central South University and a master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Science.
