Grace Carroll

Grace Carroll is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Hospitality Sales Manager at The Convention Centre Dublin since April 2019, Grace also holds the position of Sales Manager at Fitzers Catering Limited, which includes brands like Fitzers Catering at The CCD, Núrish, and The Green Grocer's Daughter since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Grace spent over five years at The Doyle Collection, rising through various positions at The Westbury, including Acting Assistant Director of Sales. Earlier career highlights include working as a Retail Brand Manager for Ralph Lauren and a Sales Associate at Arnotts. Grace holds a Master’s Degree in Management from UCD Smurfit School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Sociology from University College Dublin.
