Lucy Fitzgerald

Lucy Fitzgerald is an accomplished leadership coach and the CEO and founder of Fitzgerald HR since January 2008, where leadership and business development efforts focus on delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele across various sectors. Prior to this, Lucy served as Director and owner of Sleepytot Ltd, successfully inventing and launching the Sleepytot Baby Comforter before selling the company in 2012. Additional experience includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at Bray Leino, HR Manager at Torridge District Council, HR Advisor at Citigroup, and HR Administrator at AMP. Lucy holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA Hons in English Literature from Durham University.
