Prior to this role, Suzanne held various positions at Affinia Hospitality from May 1997 to May 2007, including Assistant Area Revenue Manager, Reservations Sales Manager, and Assistant Reservations Sales Manager. Earlier in their career, Suzanne was the Assistant Front Office Manager at Surrey Hotel from April 1995 to May 1997. Suzanne's educational background includes studies at the New York Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University.
