Chinling Chen

Chinling Chen, LCSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work, beginning as a Day Treatment Milieu Counselor at Pacific Clinics from July 2001 to September 2004. After a brief role as an MSW Intern Therapist at Pasadena Mental Health Center, Chinling Chen returned to Five Acres--The Boys' and Girls' Aid Society of Los Angeles in various capacities from September 2005 to the present, with roles including Group Home MSW Intern Therapist, Program Supervisor for Group Home and TAY Program, Director of Contracts and Policy Management, and Division Director of Community Based Specialty Programs, ultimately advancing to Chief Program Officer in October 2018. Additionally, Chinling Chen served as Senior Program and Campus Director at Phoenix House California from April 2017 to January 2018, and held the position of Regional Vice President of Youth Services. Chinling Chen holds a Master of Social Work degree from UCLA.
