Cathy Szuter is a seasoned professional in product development with extensive experience in managing the product life cycle across various categories. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Development at Five Below since November 2025, Cathy oversees the entire product process from concept to market launch and post-launch evaluation. Previously, as the Director of Design and Development at Advantage Solutions from January 2022 to June 2025, Cathy led the full product development lifecycle for a diverse range of home products while building strategic supplier relationships. At Bed Bath & Beyond, Cathy served as the Senior Design Manager for the seasonal category, managing the design direction for a $250 million portfolio. Cathy’s tenure at Lenox included roles as Director of Concept & Design and Director of Design, managing product development across several prestigious brands and creating trend boards for senior management. Cathy holds a BFA in Fine Art and Design from Kean University.
