Lori Kovach

Lori Kovach, LSSGB, currently serves as the Sr. Director of HR Technology, Compliance, and Services at Five Below since April 2019, overseeing the strategic implementation of various HR technology systems and HR compliance initiatives. Prior to this role, Lori was the HRIS Director at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. and held multiple senior management positions at The Hershey Company from 2007 to 2018, focusing on talent acquisition, operational efficiencies, and global shared services. Lori's diverse background includes roles in recruitment and project management across various organizations, along with significant leadership experience in implementing HR systems and processes. Lori holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Francis University, several certifications in human resource management, and a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
