Shaik Zakeer

Shaik Zakeer is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in system documentation, performance reporting, and technical support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Consultant at Five Below since November 2021, Zakeer is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, as well as generating performance reports. Previous experience includes working as an Information Technology Support Analyst at Deluxe from August 2019 to September 2021, and as a Subject Matter Expert at Teleperformance India from December 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included team handling, training new hires, and production management. Zakeer holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Lovely Professional University, completed in 2014.
