Perry Scroggie

Perry Scroggie is an accomplished finance executive with 30 years of accounting, finance, and management experience. Perry previously held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer with a private technology services company. He also worked as the Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Luminant Worldwide Corp., a publicly traded systems integration and web development firm. Perry served as the Chief Financial Officer and was a founding member of Align Solutions Corporation, which was selected by The Houston Business Journal as the fastest growing company in Houston, Texas. As a Director with Huron Consulting Group and related firms, Perry served a number of companies in financial consulting roles as an interim financial executive, project manager, and financial advisor. Consulting clients have included General Motors, Navistar, Blue Water Automotive, and Inventive Health. Consulting projects included assisting companies in transition through Chapter 11 bankruptcy, leading an initiative to centralize a company’s accounting functions, and project managing the restatement of a client’s financial statements. Perry has extensive experience in operating and growing early-stage and mid-market companies and working with organizations in transition.

Perry is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
