Dulce Covarrubias

Dulce Covarrubias has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. From 2020 to the present, they worked as a Campaigns Manager at Five Good Friends Pty Ltd. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they were a Member Communications Specialist at CUA - Credit Union Australia Limited. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Products and Marketing Officer at the same company. Before that, they worked as a Customer Relationship Officer at the Queensland Government from 2011 to 2012. Dulce also worked as a Client Services Officer at Airtrain/ Transfield Services from 2010 to 2011. Dulce has international experience as well, as they worked as an Account Executive - Videogames at Synergex de Mexico from 2008 to 2009. Lastly, they have experience in business improvement, having worked as a Business Improvement Officer at Carrier Corporation from 2004 to 2008.

Dulce Covarrubias began their education in 1998 at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Dulce successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2003. In 2006, Dulce enrolled at Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte to obtain a Master's degree in Logistics and International Business, which they completed in 2008.

To further enhance their skill set, Dulce pursued a Certificate III in Event Management at Martin College from 2009 to 2010. Later, in 2020, they enrolled in Australian Style Institute to gain expertise in personal and professional image styling, earning a certificate in the field. In 2022, Dulce further expanded their knowledge and capabilities by completing a certificate program in Personal Image Design from Colegio de Imagen Publica (College of Image Design).

In addition to their formal education, Dulce possesses certifications in various fields. In 2018, they obtained certification in Google Analytics from Google. Furthermore, in 2021, Dulce became a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider) after completing training provided by Mental Health First Aid Australia.
