Julia Lawrence

Julia Lawrence has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Julia started their career at Blue Care in 2000, where they held the position of Strategy and Advisor Leader and Regional Director. In this role, they provided strategic planning and advisory services across aged and community care, as well as consulting on HR, organizational development, learning and development, and management. Julia led a team of 20 corporate and HR staff and played a significant role in organizational development and cultural change.

After their tenure at Blue Care, Julia worked as a State Manager at Stanhope, Healthcare Australia from 2009 to 2011. Julia then joined JL Consulting as a Consultant and Coach, focusing on HR, strategy, and management. In 2012, they became a Business Development Manager at Home Care Select.

In 2013, Julia joined Uniting Care Community as the Manager of Leadership and Organizational Development, a role they held until 2016. During their time at Uniting Care Community, they were responsible for developing leadership programs and supporting organizational development initiatives.

In 2016, Julia moved on to Five Good Friends Pty Ltd, where they currently hold the position of Head of Care and Member Services.
