Kimberley Dillon has extensive work experience in the field of disability services and community support. Kimberley most recently worked at Five Good Friends as the Head of NDIS, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of NDIS Services at Mercy Community from November 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Leap in!, including Head of Governance, Compliance, and New Business from August 2021 to November 2021, and Head of Operations from January 2018 to September 2021. Kimberley also worked at Anglicare Southern Queensland, where they worked as a Project Manager for Disability Transition from April 2014 to January 2018, a Project Manager for Aged Care Workforce Reform from January 2013 to December 2014, a Quality and Systems Improvement Advisor from August 2009 to April 2014, and an Acting Group Manager for Child Protection and Youth Services from October 2011 to July 2012. Kimberley began their career at Drug ARM Australasia as a Coordinator for the Home Assessment and Response Team (HART) from February 2007 to August 2008.

Kimberley Dillon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 1999 and 2002. Kimberley later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Griffith University, which they completed between 2017 and 2022.
