Ethan Janke

Ethan Janke has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ethan started their career in 1992 as a Store Manager at In-N-Out Burger and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Realtor at Prudential California Realty, helping clients with their home ownership dreams. Ethan then joined Coldwell Banker Elite in 2004 as a Realtor until 2006. In 2006, they became a part of Five Guys Enterprises, where they held various roles including Franchise Director, Project Manager, Area Manager, Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations since November 2022. In their current role, they lead and manages a team overseeing 100+ corporate locations in the Western US and is known for their talent-building abilities.
