Kent Baker

Kent Baker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kent started their career in the Royal Australian Navy as an enlisted personnel from 1995 to 2001. Following that, they worked at Camp Caribou from 1999 to 2004, primarily in backpacking and seasonal roles. In 2003, they joined Pita Pit as a General Manager and later became a District Manager and a Multi Unit Franchise Owner until 2008. Kent then worked as a Consultant for the Australian Government from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Business Owner of multiple independent coffee shops. Since 2013, they have been employed at Five Guys Enterprises, where they started as an Area Manager and later worked as a District Manager and a Franchise Business Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Franchise Operations at Five Guys Enterprises.

Kent Baker obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Business, completing their studies in 2022. In 2009, they received a Diploma from CLET Training. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Supply & Logistics from the Royal Australian Navy in 1999.
