Todd Matlovsky

Todd Matlovsky has a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on operations and management. Todd started their career as the owner of Shana's Baked Products & Toddco Bakery, Inc in 1981. Todd then moved on to become the Operations and CFO of Ferrara Bakery Cafe, Inc in 1999. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Operations Director & Manager at Dunkin' Brands. Following that, they served as the Chief Operation Officer at TBG Food Acquisition Corp from 2007 to 2009. Todd then joined Hale & Hearty Soups, Inc as part of their operations team from 2010 to 2011. Todd then worked at Five Guys Enterprises, first as a Franchisee Operations role from 2011 to 2013 and later as a Regional Manager from 2014 to 2017. Most recently, they held the position of Division Vice President at Five Guys Enterprises starting in 2018. In 2013, they briefly worked as the Director of Franchisee Operations at Magnolia Bakery.

Todd Matlovsky received their MS/BS degree in Physics from City University of New York-Queens College from 1975 to 1985. Prior to that, they completed their Advanced High School Curriculum and obtained a Regents HS Diploma from The Bronx High School of Science from 1971 to 1974.
