Tracy Classen

Tracy Classen has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a Manager at Red Lobster in 1999 and progressing to become the General Manager, leading the team to numerous awards and achievements. Tracy then worked as a Director of Operations at Darden for 2 years before joining TGI Fridays as the Director of Operations, responsible for multiple teams. In 2018, Tracy joined Five Guys Enterprises as a District Manager, overseeing 56 locations and ensuring franchisees' success. Tracy later held roles at Alvarado Restaurant Nation and Palo Alto/Alvarado Restaurant Group, where they served as a Multi Unit Leader and the Director of Leadership Development, respectively. Currently, Tracy is employed at Five Guys Enterprises as the Director of Franchise Operations. Throughout their career, Tracy has focused on leadership development, training, and achieving strategic goals.

Tracy Classen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration from Metropolitan State University in 1998.
