Rahul Chaudhary

Rahul Chaudhary is an experienced professional currently serving in the Chairman's Office for Corporate Finance and Strategy at FIVE Holdings since September 2021. Responsibilities include preparing materials for the Chairman and Board of Directors, developing a comprehensive financial forecast, managing rating agency engagements, overseeing pre-IPO activities, leading investor relations, and managing a debut Green Bond listing of USD 350 million. Prior experience includes a Public Policy Internship at NITI Aayog, a Summer Internship at Procter & Gamble, and further internships with Tata Steel and Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited. Rahul holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
