Clay Martin

Clay Martin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in midstream private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Five Point Energy since January 2018, Clay previously gained expertise at Wells Fargo Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst from June 2016 to December 2017 and as a Summer Analyst in 2015. Early career roles included internships at PwC and Tesoro, where responsibilities encompassed financial due diligence, preparation of pro forma statements, and supporting accounting operations. Clay holds a B.B.A. and M.S. in Business Honors and Accounting, and Finance from Texas A&M University, complemented by educational experiences at Copenhagen Business School and Strake Jesuit College Preparatory.
