Jim Werkmeister

Jim Werkmeister, PE has a diverse work experience, starting as a Geologist at Mission Viejo Company in 1986. Jim then moved on to work as a Project Manager at IT/OHM/Shaw Environmental in 1988, where they stayed until 2005. In 2005, Jim transitioned to the role of Vice President Environmental at Five Point Holdings, LLC, where they currently serve.

Jim Werkmeister, PE earned a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1986. Jim later pursued a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, graduating in 1995. In the same year, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) Civil certification from the State of California. Prior to their university education, Jim attended Arapahoe High School.
