Raj Vijay

Raj Vijay, MBA has a strong background in business planning, asset management, and apartment development. Raj started their career as a Corporate Controller at DKN Hotels in 1993 and later worked as a Mergers & Acquisition Analyst at Sunstone Hotels. Raj then served as a Consultant in Apartment Development at G Companies/Cameo Homes before joining Lennar as Director of the Asset Management Group. Most recently, Raj held the position of Vice President of Business Planning at Five Point Communities.

Raj Vijay completed a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at PSG College of Arts & Science from 1982 to 1985. Raj then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1993. Additionally, they hold California Brokers License and REAL ESTATE BROKER LICENSE (CALFORNIA) certifications.
