Suheil Totah has over three decades of experience in real estate development, entitlements, and governmental relations. Suheil started their career as Senior Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where they represented clients like the San Francisco Giants and Chevron. Suheil then moved on to become a Partner at Landels Ripley & Diamond, working with clients such as Lennar and Wells Fargo. Totah later served as a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP before taking on significant roles at Thomas Enterprises, Inc., overseeing the Sacramento Railyards redevelopment, and at Five Point Holdings, LLC as Senior Vice President managing projects like Hunter's Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco. Throughout their career, Totah has demonstrated expertise in complex deal-making, acquisitions/dispositions, and joint ventures.

Suheil Totah earned a BA in Sociology from San Francisco State University in 1985. From 1985 to 1988, they attended Golden Gate University, School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Business and Entertainment Law.
