Nalin Ranjan

Nalin Ranjan is a Software Developer at Five Rings LLC since September 2022 and has been serving as an Undergraduate Course Assistant at Princeton University since February 2019, providing support for Advanced Vector Calculus and Advanced Linear Algebra courses. Additionally, Ranjan worked as an Undergraduate Grader for Introduction to Programming Systems during the 2019 academic year. A former Research Fellow at the University of Chicago from May 2019 to November 2021, Ranjan focused on developing an efficient algorithm for merging update histories in asynchronous version-control frameworks for database systems. Ranjan also gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at MongoDB in the summer of 2020 and as a Research Intern at Old Dominion University from March 2017 to August 2018, contributing to computational simulations related to high-energy physics. Ranjan has also tutored college freshmen in Python. Ranjan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Princeton University in 2022.
