The Healthcare Team at Five Rivers Health Centers provides comprehensive medical care tailored to low-income patients, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services. The team includes a Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner for maternal and women's health, a Specialty/Ambulatory Care Pharmacist for medication management, a General Pediatrician for child medical care, and a Pediatric Dentist for children's oral health, all working collaboratively to support patient well-being with respect and dignity.
