Abdul Byahatti

Abdul Byahatti has extensive experience in Workforce Management and Management Information Systems, currently serving as Manager - WFM/MIS at FiveS Digital since October 2019, after progressing through roles including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager. Key responsibilities include designing KPI reports, managing payroll for over 500 employees, facilitating process improvements, and preparing performance reports for stakeholders. Prior experience includes managing WFM/MIS at C G Parivar Pvt. Ltd., where Abdul contributed to the design of Salesforce CRM workflows and conducted UAT testing. Abdul began the career as a System Support Engineer at Surd Systems and holds a BCA from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
