Prakash Jain

Prakash Jain has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Prakash currently holds the position of Head of Information Technology at FiveS Digital since 2022. Prior to this, Prakash worked at RuralShores Business Services Pvt Ltd as Vice President-IT from 2019 to 2020, where they were responsible for designing digital solutions, automation, data analytics, and managing IT infrastructure for remote centers. Prakash also played a key role in setting up digital practices and achieving cost savings. Prakash spent a significant portion of their career at Wipro, where they held various roles including General Manager-Operations & WMG and Regional Head-Operations & C-sat. During this time, they contributed to training and development, vendor management, workforce management, and business development. Prakash also has experience at unicorp overseas ltd, where they set up a test and repair center, and Pertech computers ltd, where they held customer support and management roles.

Prakash Jain pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology Warangal from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they obtained certifications in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage and CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist from ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK in 2021 and 2020 respectively.
