Susan R. Holliday

Susan R. Holliday is a business leader with over 30 years of experience in the publishing industry. Susan is currently the Director at Five Star Bank, and was formerly the President, Publisher, and Owner of Rochester Business Journal.

Susan began their career in 1988 as the President of Rochester Business Journal, a publication that became widely regarded as the outstanding news source on business-related issues in the greater Rochester region. Under their leadership, the scope of the company grew to include contract publishing and an extensive events division.

In 1997, Susan joined RGS Energy Group Inc. (RG&E) as the Corporate Director. During their five years with the company, they orchestrated a financial turn-around and created a publication that was read by more than 80,000 readers each week.

Susan strongly believes that a successful career comprises both corporate and civic leadership, a philosophy they model through wide-ranging involvement in the greater Rochester community.

Susan R. Holliday's educational career includes a BS in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
