Steven B. Ostrovsky

Steven Ostrovsky serves as Five Star’s Vice President of Operations. Mr. Ostrovsky has been with the company for over 20 years. He entered the construction industry as a design engineer for Seelye Stevenson Value & Knecht (STV). Mr. Ostrovsky worked his way from project engineer at S.N. Tannor Inc. to Vice President with Stellar Electric Corp. to Five Star Electric, where he oversees various multi-million New York City Transit and MTA capital construction projects. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in New York and Pennsylvania. Mr. Ostrovsky holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kiev Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Ostrovsky’s continues optimizing his professional experience to create new project opportunities for the team.
