Richard Ballard

Richard Ballard is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, primarily as Chief Financial Officer across multiple organizations including Five Star Energy Services, LLC, Stronghouse Solutions, AscendTek LLC, AM Conservation Group, and Franklin Energy Services. With a strong background in financial reporting, management, and strategic planning, Richard has demonstrated expertise in overseeing all financial activities, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and presenting insights to boards of directors. Prior to these roles, Richard held senior accounting positions at NCO Financial Systems and OSI Collection Services, where responsibilities included revenue and trust accounting management and bank relationship oversight. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
