C. J. R.

C.J.R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they supported Business and Financial Affairs. They then transitioned to a Clubhouse Manager role at Moccasin Bend Golf Club before moving onto a Corporate Account Executive position at Nashville Superspeedway. C.J.R. then became an Account Executive at the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club. They later joined Learfield IMG College as an Account Executive for Mocs Sports Properties. In 2011, C.J.R. took on the role of Vice President of Marketing at Five Star Food Service, Inc., where they led marketing, communications, and retail promotion strategies. They also developed a digital-out-of-home retail advertising network. After holding the position of Director of Marketing at Five Star Food Service, Inc., C.J.R. co-founded Feeding The Future, Inc., a non-profit foundation focused on ending childhood hunger. They raised and donated significant amounts of money to local food banks. Overall, C.J.R. has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and success in various roles and industries.

C.J.R.'s education history starts with obtaining a Diploma in College Prep from Farragut High School in 2002. They then went on to earn a Bachelor's of Science degree, with a major in Sports Administration and a minor in Business Administration, from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 2002 and 2006. C.J.R. furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university, completing it between 2006 and 2008.

In 2016, C.J.R. participated in The James B. Henry Center for Executive Development at MSU program, which is affiliated with Michigan State University. This program focused on executive development in the field of NAMA (National Agri-Marketing Association). Additionally, in 2023, C.J.R. attended the Kellogg Executive Education's NACS Marketing Leadership Program, specializing in marketing.

Apart from their formal education, C.J.R. obtained the Emerald Sustainability Accredited certification from Emerald Brand in August 2019.
