Jonald Jones has extensive experience in various roles within the retail and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Retail Team Lead at Five Star Food Service, Inc. since September 2017, responsibilities include training and coaching employees, monitoring team performance, ensuring product presentation in micro-markets, and maintaining food safety standards. Prior to this, Jonald worked as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground in mid-2017, contributing to warehouse operations and package management. An extensive tenure at AT&T from 1999 to 2016 included roles such as Load Balance Analyst, Dispatch Assistant, and Operator Services, focusing on strategic planning, customer service, and training new hires. Jonald's education includes attendance at Pellissippi State Community College following graduation from Bearden High School.
