Diana Renslow

Diana Renslow is a research specialist at Five Star Professional since October 2018. Prior to this role, Diana worked in customer care at Convergys from October 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included assisting customers with billing inquiries and service management. Diana's experience in customer service also includes a long tenure at Comcast Cable from 1995 to 2012. Diana holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business from North Hennepin Community College and completed education at Robbinsdale from 1979 to 1982.
