Jennifer Harris is an accomplished Executive Director with extensive experience in senior living and memory care communities. Currently serving at Five Star Senior Living since September 2018, Jennifer has a proven track record of operational excellence and leadership across multiple facilities including Market Street Palm Coast and Heritage Waterside Senior Living. Jennifer's experience spans various capacities, successfully overseeing day-to-day operations, policy development, and achievement of occupancy targets while fostering a positive work environment for staff. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Prairie State College.
