Chuck Billingsley

Chuck Billingsley completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 1962 and 1964. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, a program which they completed before 1969. In addition to their formal education, Chuck Billingsley received a CDM Certification from The NDIA, although the details of when they obtained this certification are unavailable.
