Riya Patel

Riya Patel has been working in the field of product design since 2021. Riya is currently a Product Designer at Five AI and an Experience Designer at slowstudio. In 2020, they worked as a Product Designer at CERN, where they were part of the Scinaptics Pre-Incubator and worked on the 'Particle Silo' web-based media depository project. Riya also worked as a Product Designer at Kinetik Solutions Limited, where they designed a card game on health systems simulation and a product brochure on Lean Practitioner Coaching. In 2018, they were a Graphic Design Intern at Internshala, where they designed visuals for campaigns, marketing materials, user communications, and the identity for Internship Day 2018. In 2017, they worked on branding at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Volt Vehicles.

Riya Patel began their educational journey in 2009, when they attended Seth MR Jaipuria School, where they studied Science, English and Fine Arts, and earned their High School degree in 2015. Riya then attended the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Design in 2019. In 2021, they earned their Master's degree in Digital Direction from the Royal College of Art's School of Communication. Additionally, in 2021 they obtained a certification in Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Google.
