Tanaka Chimbuya

Tanaka Chimbuya has worked in the tech industry since 2012. Tanaka began their career at Intel Corporation as a University Advocate and Technical Intern, providing third level Windows client build support, build testing, product evaluation and testing. In 2013, they began working at BMW Group UK Limited as a Principle Quality Specialist and Quality Specialist Engineer, where they were responsible for pre-series fault analysis, problem root cause, hardware and software validation, functional testing of sub systems, diagnosis of traces and vehicle bus networks, endurance and automated testing, and test team test case definition for ECUs. Tanaka also had two years of experience in infotainment and three years' experience in body electronics and safety systems. Additionally, in 2013 they worked as a Student Ambassador at UTC Swindon. Most recently, in 2019, Tanaka began working as a Software Engineer at FiveAI.

Tanaka Chimbuya attended Oxford Brookes University from 2010 to 2014, where they achieved a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Computer Science, specializing in Computer Programming.
