Ben Arsenault

Ben Arsenault has over 15 years of experience in sales and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Sales for Western Canada at Five9 since January 2022, Ben focuses on delivering intelligent cloud contact center solutions. Prior to this role, Ben was a Business Development Manager at UKG, where new client acquisitions significantly boosted the company's presence in British Columbia and Manitoba. Ben also held the position of Enterprise Account Executive at ADP, achieving an impressive 163% of sales targets in fiscal year 2017. Earlier experience includes roles at UNIGLOBE Travel Western Canada, Enterprise Holdings—where significant year-over-year growth was accomplished—and Bell. Ben holds a Bachelor of Management degree with majors in Marketing and Finance from The University of Lethbridge.
