Douglas Grant possesses extensive experience in voice engineering and telecom support, with a current role as Team Lead for Voice Engineering & Deployment at Five9 since March 2019. Douglas has served as a Senior Voice Engineer and Senior Telecom Engineer, focusing on Ribbon SBC, SIP trunk life cycle management, and end-to-end voice path debugging across various cloud-based solutions. Prior experience includes positions at Ribbon Communications as a Principal Technical Support Engineer, Affirmed Networks as a Senior Network Engineer, and Sonus as a Principal Technical Support Engineer, where technical expertise in VoIP and TDM protocol interworking was developed.
