Geetha D. is a seasoned program management professional with over 18 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Principal Program Manager at Five9 since August 2022, Geetha previously held the position of Director of Program Management at Genesys from July 2016 to August 2022, where additional roles included Program Manager and Senior Delivery Project Manager. Prior to this, Geetha contributed to Capgemini from June 2008 to June 2016 in various capacities, such as Senior Manager of Infrastructure Management Services and Team Lead for Problem and Incident Management.
