Heather Rix

Heather Rix, PMP, currently serves as Sr PMO Manager at Five9, where responsibilities include managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. With a career spanning over two decades, Heather has held various titles at Five9, including Sr. Strategic Program Manager and Implementation Program Manager, and previously worked at Genesys and Interactive Intelligence as a Sr. Project Manager. In addition to project management roles, Heather has demonstrated leadership as Past-President of the Dakota Local Interest Group for itSMF USA and has contributed to healthcare IT services through significant roles at MeritCare Health System. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
