Igor Varnava

Igor Varnava currently serves as SVP and CISO at Five9, a role initiated in April 2023. Prior to this, Igor held the position of Vice President of Product Security at Palo Alto Networks, leading teams in Application Security, Product and Cloud Security Architecture, and PSIRT from April 2021 to March 2023. As Vice President of Product Security for SAP Ariba from April 2016 to April 2021, Igor oversaw global information security strategies. Igor's experience also includes serving as VP and Chief Security Officer at CallidusCloud, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive information security strategies and overseeing the Information Security team. Igor co-founded V&C Solutions, Inc. in February 2005, providing IT-managed services and cybersecurity solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles also include Information Security Management at NXP Semiconductors and various technical positions at Philips and Excite@Home. Igor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management from National University and has attended Foothill College.
