Kathryn Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and program implementation. Currently serving as Program Implementation EMEA at Five9 since April 2020, Kathryn is part of a team that implements Intelligent Cloud Contact Center technology to enhance agent productivity. Prior to Five9, Kathryn held various leadership roles at Diversey from July 2005 to April 2020, including Global PMO & Integration Leader and Global Leader of Quality Customer Service, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring consistent service quality and developing performance management tools. Kathryn also led the Customer Service function for the UK & Ireland, overseeing a team of managers and customer service employees.
