Kevin Jacob

Kevin Jacob is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in delivery services, particularly within the contact center domain. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at Five9 since October 2024, Kevin has previously held the position of Sr. Director of Professional Services at Acqueon and Director of Delivery Services at Servion Global Solutions, where responsibilities included project and service delivery for strategic accounts and leading multidisciplinary teams. Kevin's expertise encompasses leading cloud and on-premises deployments of contact centers, including significant projects such as the rollout of Cisco Webex for a global client. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Operations from SDMIMD and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
