Kim Boroughs

Kim Boroughs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and client services. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Five9 since June 2021, Kim previously held the role of Director of the Participant Service Center at The Newport Group for 18 years, overseeing a team dedicated to supporting retirement account management for various plans. Earlier in the career, Kim worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Schwab Retirement Technologies for nearly eight years. Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
